National Flag Song is an online patriotic initiative organised by Stratabiz Ventures, Bangalore, that brings together students from schools across Kerala to sing the Indian National Anthem on Independence Day (15th August 2026) while holding the Indian National Flag. By registering on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The event is open to students of recognised schools across Kerala. Schools must register through the official registration page and receive approval from the event organisers before their students can participate. Students must register using the unique link provided by their school.
Schools: Registration is free. Schools must provide accurate institutional details including the name of the institute, principal's name, affiliation, address, and an authorised event coordinator's contact information. Registration is subject to verification and approval by the event organisers.
Students: Students register through a unique link provided by their school. Registration is free. Students must provide accurate personal details including name, class, guardian name, contact information, and address. Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
An email verification is required to activate your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others.
The event will be conducted online on 15th August 2026. Participants will receive the event meeting link through their dashboard prior to the event. All participants are expected to sing the Indian National Anthem respectfully and in accordance with the Flag Code of India. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour during the event may result in immediate removal and disqualification.
Every student who participates in the event is eligible for an official participation certificate. A nominal fee is charged for certificate generation and issuance. The fee is payable via Razorpay at the time of certificate request, not at the time of registration. Certificates are digital and can be downloaded from the student dashboard after payment.
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address, school details) solely for the purpose of event registration, communication, and certificate issuance. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. School coordinators can view the details of students registered under their school. Event organisers (admin) can access all registration data for verification and event management purposes.
By registering, you consent to receive emails related to the event including account activation, event updates, meeting links, and certificate notifications. These are transactional communications essential for your participation and are not promotional in nature.
The National Flag Song name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of the event organisers. Participants may not use the event branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
The event organisers reserve the right to suspend, reject, or delete any school or student account at their discretion, including but not limited to cases of inaccurate information, duplicate registrations, or inappropriate conduct.
The event organisers shall not be held liable for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform downtime during the event. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own discretion.
The event organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
